What you will do

  • Provide direct line management and supervision to staff including, Parole and Specialist Case Managers, Senior Parole Officers and Parole Officers.
  • Prepare documentation, make specialist recommendations and present information to the courts, Adult Parole Board and other stakeholders
  • Direct oversight in the management of high risk, complex and/or sensitive cases across the region
  • Opportunity to work and live in Sale, within the Gippsland region; leave traffic, pollution and high rises in your rear vision mirror. Relocation allowances available (including relocating from Melbourne)

To succeed you will have:

  • extensive experience in case management and therapeutic work of offenders who have committed complex offences.
  • experience working within a legislative framework.
  • experience managing a team in a similar environment
  • A current drivers licence
