About the role

Based in Mildura, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of case officers, case managers, advanced case managers and court assessment and prosecutions officers. By enhancing your team's capacity, you will focus on the importance of client engagement and rehabilitation to ensure you deliver best practice case management services.  Building strong relationships with the courts and other stakeholders based on superior service, is key to the success of this role.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • experience and knowledge of best practice case management frameworks, including the provision of needs assessment in a human services context
  • an understanding and capability in leading and developing a team responsible for operational service delivery
  • an ability to implement theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximise individual outcomes.

A relevant qualification in social work, human services or criminal justice with experience in a related field is also desirable.
