About us

CCS is overseen by Corrections Victoria and is responsible for the management and supervision of prisoners on parole, clients under post sentence supervision and court orders. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide direct line management and supervision to staff including, Specialist Case Managers and Senior Parole Officers
  • Prepare documentation, make specialist recommendations and present information to the courts, Adult Parole Board, Post Sentence Authority and other stakeholders
  • Direct oversight in the management of high risk, complex and/or sensitive cases across the region

  • Salary increases (within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) banding grade) when annual performance benchmarks are met

  • Job security within the VPS as ongoing full time positions

To succeed you will have:

  • extensive experience in the case management and therapeutic work with individuals who have complex risks and needs.
  • demonstrated knowledge and experience working within a legislative framework.
  • demonstrated experience in managing a team and the ability to support staff in their development
  • demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills to meet the needs of higher level court
