An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Manager Case Management in Corrections Victoria Offender Management Development Branch on a fixed-term full time basis.

About the role

Working within the Offender Management Division of Corrections Victoria, the Manager Case Management Practice will work in close collaboration with the second Manager Case Management ensuring the Practice Stream in Community Correctional Services are provided with a consistent and high quality training, mentoring, advice and professional development to ensure effective case management.

The incumbent will use his/her correctional and case management expertise to ensure that the Practice Stream are providing consistent technical advice and oversight around case management in a way that is positive and goal directed and thus most likely to affect long term pro-social change. 

This position is also responsible for overseeing statewide trends and patterns in the court stream, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic objectives and best practice.

About you

As our ideal candidate you will be required to demonstrate expert advice to other correctional staff and Corrections Victoria management regarding best practice, contributing to the review of the Case Management Model, progressing changes as needed in response to best practice literature, government priorities and funding.
